BEI STRONG - A fitness class that's FUNctional outside.
By using the environment, minimal equipment, and fellow participants, engage in movements that elevate the brain-body connection. This is a dynamic fitness class that coaches mobility, strength, core, and cardio conditioning. Training tools include resistance bands, stability balls, and bodyweight. Appropriate activewear and athletic shoes required.
Great for avid runners and fitness enthusiasts of all levels.

Where do I go when I arrive to the hotel? Proceed to front desk and ask reception for an elevator access key. Take elevator to the 4th floor and proceed to the outside area of LVL4 by the Magnolia Tree. It is advised to come pre-changed and ready to participate.
What are my transportation/parking options for getting to and from the event? Shared ride services can drop of in front of hotel entrance. Parking is available for an additional fee of $5 per hour. Cars left in the parking garage after 7pm are charged a flat rate of $45.
What can I bring into the event? All attendees are encouraged to bring their own water and personal hand towel. Showers not available.

Is my registration fee or ticket transferrable? Absolutely.
